Making An Appointment
We see patients Monday & Wednesday: 9:00am - 5:00pm, Tuesday & Thursday: 9:00am - 1:00pm, and and on Friday, Dr. Hammill performs his surgical cases..
Appointments can be scheduled by calling the office during normal business hours (M-F 9am-5pm) at (713) 799-8994 . After hours, our phones are answered by our answering service. If you have an urgent need after hours, our answering service will inform Dr. Hammill.
New patients are asked to arrive 20 minutes early to complete paperwork. You may download and print out the forms and complete paperwork here. Please bring the forms and your insurance card(s) with you to your appointment.
As a courtesy to other patients and our staff, please notify the office if you are going to be late for your appointment.
Cancellations
To better serve the needs of all of our patients, we ask that you call at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule appointments.
